this is absolutely horrifying.... I have heard comments like "stupid Americans" and "customer service people are all idiots" before, not sure what to think of them now...
sigh... that's all I can say after hearing these stories! Note between the several CSRs, they not only do not understand the unit differences, but also have trouble with kilo vs. mega (vs. giga), and don't know that ZERO- point-zero-zero-two is exactly the same as POINT-zero-zero-two.... so many fundamental math deficiencies making me SCARED to think about how stupid the future generation of kids in this country will be.
