I read an article asking " r u a gen y?", can someone tell me faqs about gen x?

1. born between 1977-2002, Gen Y is as many as 70 million strong ( more than 3 times the size of Generation X).

2. Have a "speak-your-mind" philosophy and place a high value on self-fulfillment.

3. 37% expect to start saving for retirement before 25 (With 40% of those currently working already saving).

4. Expect their jobs to accomodate their personal lives.

5. Multi-taskers: can juggle email on a BlackBerry while talking on a cell phone and chatting with 3 friends online.

6. 1 out of 3 is a minority.

7. Communication medium of choice: email.

8. 1 in 9 high school students has a credit card co-signed by a parent.

9. Turn away from department stores such as JC Penny or Dillard's, and favor high-end brands like Abercrombie & Fitch, Coach and Express for their clothing needs.

10. Will switch jobs over the course of their careers more than any generation before them, holding as many as 20 jobs or more before they retire.
