well, actually, it annoys me quite a bit when she gets all chatty and loses track of time. Maybe because I have always been a rather unsympathetic person and is not particularly caring towards strangers, I just don't find her stories interesting. I mean, what do I care about her grandson and divorced husband and etc.? That's just a little too much information there!

Then for the last 20 min. she's really in a rush, I think it'd be way better if she has a better grasp on time and progress forward in a more even pace. She's indeed such a chatty grandma!
